This purchase notifies Genuine COA that you have lost the original Certificate of Authenticity and need a duplicate copy mailed to you. The shipping costs for the COA are $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping. This is a duplicate and carries the full authority of Genuine COA, but, due to availability of the witnesses, this certificate will be signed by an officer of Genuine COA and not the original witness. There are administrative steps involved to facilitate the reproduction. You must also supply the Genuine COA Serial Number that is being reproduced in the second field above.
Reproduction of the (Linen Paper) Certificate of Authenticity, which includes the corporate seal and matching serialized, holographic, tamper-evident sticker from Genuine COA, is only available to those who purchased directly from Genuine COA at an official Genuine COA Booth or Special Signing Opportunity. Reproduction cards, without the seal and sticker, will not be available for those COAs purchased directly from the celebrity/artist.
The Certificate of Authenticity will only be mailed to the address on file for the owner. Please, double check the address found under your Profile before placing your order.
